Punjab Highways Department invites electronic tenders through the Punjab e-Procurement System for road widening, rehabilitation and construction works in District Sialkot. Issuing offices: Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Sialkot and Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle, Gujranwala.
Bidders/contractors must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category with valid renewal PEC license for the Financial Year 2026-27, and must be registered on the Punjab PPRA website. Bids and bidding documents will be submitted digitally via the Punjab e-Procurement System; manual bids or banking instruments will not be accepted. Performance Guarantee of 10% of the contract amount is required within 15 days of offer acceptance. Bid securities (CDR, Pay Order, Demand Draft, etc.) must be provided as specified.
