Sukkur IBA University Tender Notice — Bid Submission/Opening on 2026-11-19

Issuer: Sukkur IBA University. Sealed/e-procurement bids are invited for works as per the tender schedule below. Bids must be submitted and will be opened through the e-procurement system on the stated date and times.

Key eligibility and conditions:

• Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in category C-6 or above with the required specialized code.
• Valid registration with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and Active Taxpayer Status.
• Evidence of average annual turnover supported by FBR tax returns for the last five years as required for the estimated cost of the work.
• Submission of a non-judicial stamp paper declaration regarding no litigation, non-blacklisting and absence of corrupt or fraudulent practices; bidders must provide correct information and documents.
• Bid security must be provided in the prescribed form (pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee) in favor of Sukkur IBA University.
• Bid validity period: 90 days.
• Bidding documents are obtainable and must be submitted through the e-procurement portal as per the schedule; no negotiations are permitted.
• Sukkur IBA University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids according to applicable rules.
