DGIP Islamabad Tender for Beautification and Illumination Arrangements

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports, an attached department of the Ministry of Interior & Narcotics Control, Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids for the provision and installation of beautification and illumination arrangements at its headquarters in Islamabad. Tender reference: 9/20/2026-27/BEAUTIFICATION/HQ/Log.

Eligible bidders must be reputable firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and relevant Sales Tax Authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). The work must be carried out in accordance with the bidding documents.

Electronic bids must be prepared in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2026, and the instructions in the bidding documents, and submitted through e-PADS by Tuesday, 17 November 2026, at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened through e-PADS on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the scheduled day is a public holiday, bid submission and opening will take place on the next working day.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope Procedure under Public Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2026, and regulations and guidelines issued by PPRA from time to time.

Bidders must upload the original bid security of Rs. 170,707 on EPADS V 2.0 while uploading their proposals and submit the physical original to the undersigned before the bidding deadline.

Documents covering the method of hiring, bid submission procedure, bid bond/security, bid validity, opening of bids, evaluation criteria, and clarification or rejection of bids are also available at http://eprocure.gov.pk.

The notification of the Grievance Redressal Committee constituted under Rule 65 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, is available on www.dgip.gov.pk, www.eprocure.gov.pk, and www.ppra.org.pk.

The Directorate General Immigration & Passports reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rules 45 and 46 of PPRA Rules, 2026.
