PHE Division Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works

The Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar, invites eligible bidders to execute civil works for 2026 on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627101218613.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2%.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidder must have completed one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through annual turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in one previous year.

Bid security must accompany the bid as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Tender documents: Documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer against a fee of PKR 1,500, from the publication date of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
