PHE Division Khuzdar Tender for Solar Water Supply Civil Works at Killi Kanak and Kanak 2

The Executive Engineer, Public Health Engineering (PHE) Division Khuzdar, invites bids from eligible bidders for the following work for 2026 under tender reference TSE-2627101218663. Bids are invited on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023.

Tender fee: PKR 1,500. Bid security: 2%.

Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 through the single-stage, one-envelope bidding procedure. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether bids are submitted electronically or manually.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan, and must be registered with the Balochistan Revenue Authority. They must have completed at least one assignment of a similar nature and demonstrate financial capacity through turnover of at least PKR 3,642,813 in one previous year.

Bids must include the required 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the Executive Engineer, PHE Division Khuzdar.

Tender documents: Bidding documents may be obtained from the office of the Executive Engineer for PKR 1,500, from the publication date of the notice until 17 November 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: 17 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 12:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer.
