Virtual University EOI for Rented Building and Facilities at Pattoki Campus

Virtual University of Pakistan invites sealed proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 from firms and individuals registered with the tax authorities and appearing on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL).

EOI documents are available at https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Tenders. The complete tendering process will be conducted through EPADS v2.0. Interested bidders must register at https://epads.gov.pk and submit their bids electronically through the portal. Bids submitted through any other mode will not be considered.

Where applicable, bid security must be furnished in the amount and form required by the bidding documents, drawn in favour of Virtual University of Pakistan, and uploaded to EPADS v2.0 as a scanned copy. The original bid security, together with one hard copy of the sealed bid, must also reach the university at the address below on or before the bid closing date and time. Bids requiring bid security will be rejected if submitted without the prescribed security.

The bid submission and opening schedule will be strictly observed. The university reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or annul the procurement process at any stage in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2026.
