Punjab School Education Department e-Bids for Dangerous Classroom Reconstruction in South Zone

The Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab, invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-procurement system from firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category of works.

Complete technical and financial bids must be submitted online at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ according to the following schedule.

Procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure under Clause 38 of the PPRA Rules 2014, as amended from time to time. Bidding documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/activetenders.aspx.

The authority’s website is www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the publication date on that website, which is 30 October 2026.

The work will be awarded to the lowest bidder after correction of arithmetic errors. If an item amount contains a discrepancy, the bidder’s quoted unit rate will prevail and the total bid amount will be corrected accordingly.

Each electronic bid must be accompanied by bid security submitted online through the Punjab e-procurement system, in accordance with the Government of Punjab’s standing instructions, in favour of the Project Director, Strategic Management Unit, School Education Department, Government of Punjab. A scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the electronic bid on or before the submission deadline.
