The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites competitive rate quotations for placement of funds of Rs. 500 million and above in scheduled banks with branches located in Islamabad.

Requirement	Details
Investment periods	One month and three months
Credit rating	Interested banks in Islamabad must have a minimum credit rating of A or above from PACRA/JCR-VIS. Foreign banks must hold the requisite ratings from Moody’s, Fitch’s and Standard & Poor’s.
Rating outlook	Banks must not have a negative rating outlook in the bank credit ratings list published on the State Bank of Pakistan’s official website.
Quotation submission deadline	23 November 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
Quotation opening	23 November 2026 at 11:30 a.m., in the presence of bank representatives
Rate validity	Until 30 November 2026

Quotation envelopes must be clearly marked “QUOTATION BY BANK” and reach the Director (Finance) by the submission deadline. Disfiguring, overwriting or fudging will result in rejection of the bid.
