THQ Hospital Jampur Tender for Medical Supplies and Equipment 2026–27

The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jampur, invites sealed bids for framework contracts for the financial year 2026–27 from reputable, financially sound firms and agencies engaged in institutional business, distributors, and general order suppliers holding valid NTN and STN registrations.

All contracts cover the year 2026–27. Bids must be submitted through https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened through the same portal on 23 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Jampur, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.

Bidding will follow Open Competitive Bidding procedures under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time, and is open to all eligible bidders under the bidding documents.

The documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website at www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and on the e-procurement portal until the bid submission closing date. Bid security must be submitted online in the prescribed form from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. Bidders must offer their best and final prices; negotiations will not be accepted. Taxes will be deducted under applicable government rules. An NTN registration certificate must be provided, and STN registration is compulsory for all bidders.

If bids cannot be opened on the scheduled date because of a public holiday or another reason, opening will take place on the next working day at the same time. The PPRA and EPADS websites will remain the same, and the response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
