Municipal Committee Daud Khel Tender for Street Light Poles and Lights Installation

The Office of the Municipal Committee, Daud Khel, invites item-rate tenders from eligible bidders under PPRA rules for the following development scheme for financial year 2026–27.

Contractors and firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for financial year 2026–27 in the relevant categories and codes may participate. Only bidders meeting the eligibility requirements in the bidding documents may take part.

From 1 July 2026, all procurement activities across Punjab are to be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk. Bidding documents can be downloaded from Punjab E-Procurement or the Punjab PPRA website. This tender will follow the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under PPRA rules.

Bidders must quote rates item by item, scan the complete bid and upload it electronically to the Punjab E-Procurement portal. Bid security for each lot must be submitted digitally. Guidance on the bid-security submission procedure is available on YouTube. Quoted rates must include all applicable taxes.

Bids may be submitted through Punjab E-Procurement from the publication date until 24 November 2026 at 12:30 p.m. Received bids will be opened through Punjab E-Procurement on 26 November 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the office of Municipal Committee Daud Khel by the tender opening committee, in the presence of available bidders or their authorized representatives.

Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, altered, overwritten and doubtful bids will be rejected on the spot. Performance guarantees will apply under prevailing government rules and the bidding documents. The competent authority may reject all bids at any time before approval or acceptance of the bidding documents.

Evaluation will be based on the total bid price using the Least Cost Selection method, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated or least-cost bidder. The completion period will be included in the work order after approval of the lowest bidder's rates. The successful bidder receiving the work order must conduct the required quality-control tests at their own expense.

All other clauses in the bidding documents will apply. In the event of an arithmetic or typing mistake, the original documents will be considered.

The PPRA tender website is https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication of the advertisement on the PPRA website.
