PPIB Corrigendum: Third-Party Validation EOI for 100 MWp Solar Project in Gilgit-Baltistan

The Government of Pakistan, Ministry of Energy (Power Division), Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB), has issued an addendum/corrigendum to its Expression of Interest (EOI) for third-party validation (TPV) services for the non-solar works of the 100 MWp solar PV project in Gilgit-Baltistan.

The notice refers to the EOI advertised by PPIB on October 28, 2026, under EPADS reference number P172878. Amendments have been made to the EOI document, including the Scope of Works and Terms of Reference (ToRs).

The revised EOI document is available on EPADS, PPRA, and the PPIB website. Prospective applicants should consult the revised document, which supersedes the earlier version.

The application submission deadline remains unchanged: November 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Pakistan Standard Time. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
