TPL Trakker Limited AGM Corrigendum for November 27, 2026

TPL Trakker Limited has issued a corrigendum to its Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice dated November 6, 2026. The AGM is to be held on Friday, November 27, 2026. Members are requested to review the amended Special Business Agenda Item No. 6 and the related Statement of Material Facts.

From the date of this corrigendum, the AGM notice must be read together with it. All other contents of the AGM notice remain unchanged, except for the amendments, alterations and additions made through this corrigendum.

Special Business — Agenda Item No. 6: Members will consider and, if thought fit, pass, with or without modification, a special resolution under Section 199 of the Companies Act, 2017, authorizing an equity investment and an advance in the subsidiary company, Astra Location Services (Private) Limited.

Proposed special resolution: Pursuant to Section 199 of the Companies Act, 2017, TPL Trakker Limited is authorized to make an equity investment of up to PKR 800 million and an advance of up to PKR 50 million in its subsidiary company, Astra Location Services (Private) Limited.

Postal Ballot/Voting Paper: The Postal Ballot/Voting Paper accompanying the original notice stands amended to reflect the changes set out in this corrigendum. All references therein to the date of the General Meeting shall now be read as the aforementioned Special Business Agenda No. 6.

Statement of Material Facts: The Statement of Material Facts accompanying the original notice stands amended to reflect the changes set out in this corrigendum. All references therein to the date of the General Meeting shall now be read as the aforementioned Special Business Agenda No. 6.
