QUEST Nawabshah Tender for Hiring Security Services

Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah, invites electronic bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for hiring security services. The Procurement Office issued tender notice No. QUEST/NH/PROC/300 dated 6 November 2026.

Bidding documents may be purchased from the Procurement Office or downloaded from the QUEST website at www.quest.edu.pk and the SPPRA E-PADS website from 11 November 2026 to 26 November 2026. The tender fee must be submitted through a demand draft or pay order in favour of Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology, Nawabshah.

Bids must be submitted by 12:00 PM on 26 November 2026 at the Procurement Office, QUEST, Nawabshah. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the Conference Hall, Vice Chancellor Secretariat, Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology, Nawabshah.

The 5% bid security or earnest money of PKR 1,350,000 must be furnished only through a pay order in favour of Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science and Technology (QUEST), Nawabshah. Bids must remain valid for 90 days. Eligibility criteria and terms and conditions are contained in the bidding document.
