Turbat Teaching Hospital Cath Lab and Angioplasty Machine Tender 2026

The Executive Engineer-II, Provincial Buildings and Roads, Turbat, invites eligible bidders for the establishment of a cath lab and angioplasty machine at Teaching Hospital Turbat for the year 2026. Bidding is on a percentage-rate basis using the Composite Schedule of Rates 2023. Tender reference: TSE-2627111220753.

Tender fee: PKR 2,000. Bid security: 4% of the estimated cost, provided as a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 under the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. All bidders must register with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan. This registration is mandatory for government procurement through either electronic or manual bidding.

Eligibility: Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold Balochistan Revenue Authority registration, and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. The bidder must have completed two assignments of a similar nature and demonstrate turnover of at least PKR 32,213,411 during the preceding five years to establish financial capacity. Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-5 or above, covering works up to PKR 65 million, is required in the relevant category with specialization code CE10 for General Civil Engineering Works. Past performance concerning failure to complete development projects will also be considered.

Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical submission is not required. Submit bids through the supplier dashboard by 26 November 2026 at 12:00 PM. Tenders will be opened on the EPPS system the same day at 1:00 PM.
