Punjab PCLAMP Tender for Procurement of Tablets in Lahore

The Project Management Unit, Field Wing, Punjab Agriculture Department, Government of Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of tablets under the Punjab Climate Resilient and Low-Carbon Agriculture Mechanization Project (PCLAMP).

The invitation is dated 5 November 2026. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for PCLAMP and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under this contract.

Bidding is open to bidders from eligible ADB source countries, subject to the requirements in the bidding document. Key qualifications include:

• A certificate of incorporation from an ADB member country.
• Successful completion as the main supplier, within the last five years, of at least one contract valued at PKR 23.00 million or its US dollar equivalent, similar in nature and complexity to the scope described in Section 6, Schedule of Supply.
• Minimum average annual turnover of PKR 77.50 million or its US dollar equivalent, calculated as total payments received by the bidder for contracts completed or under execution over the last three years.

Eligible bidders may purchase the English-language bidding documents by writing to the above address and requesting the documents for Goods-Tablets-01, Procurement of Tablets. A non-refundable fee of PKR 15,000 must be paid by pay order or demand bank draft in favor of the Project Director. The documents will be sent by airmail or courier; liability for loss or late delivery will not be accepted.

Bids must be delivered to the above address on or before 7 December 2026 at 14:00 hours (PST), accompanied by bid security as required in the bidding document. Bids will be opened promptly after the submission deadline in the presence of bidders’ representatives who choose to attend.
