Wah Cantonment Public Notice for Inheritance Transfer of Property B-10

The Office of the Cantonment Board Wah has issued a public notice concerning the transfer of occupancy rights in Property B-10, Survey No. 16, in Lala Rukh, Wah Cantonment. The rights are recorded under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The property was recorded in the name of Tahira Yasmin, widow of Afzal Hussain. She died on 29 April 2026, and her husband died on 2 June 2019. Succession Certificate No. 998/26, dated 23 July 2026, issued by the court in Rawalpindi, identifies the following legal heirs:

The legal heirs have applied to the Cantonment Board Wah for transfer of the property rights into their names.

Any person or institution with an objection must submit a written objection, together with supporting documents, to the Office of the Cantonment Board Wah within 15 days of publication of this notice. After this period, the transfer proceedings will be completed, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
