Zhob Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property B-626

The Office of the Cantonment Board, Zhob Cantonment, invites objections to the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in Property No. B-626, Survey No. 16, Sheet IX-A, recorded in the Military Land Register, 1937.

The leaseholders named in the proceedings include Shamim, Mubarak, Abdul Rehman, Qudrat Khatoon, Nafeesa, Parveen Khatoon, Zaib and Maryam. The notice concerns transfers of their respective leasehold shares and an application to update the ownership record following a deed of gift subject to a lifetime condition.

The transfer proceedings refer to ID-388/9 and document reference 095-2026-0000373, dated 26 October 2026.

Anyone with an objection or claim concerning the proposed transfer must submit it within 15 days of publication to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Zhob Cantonment. Objections must be accompanied by documentary evidence and submitted by registered post or personally at the office. After this period, the transfer proceedings will be completed, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
