Dera Cantonment Board Public Notice for Transfer of Property A-231

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Dera Cantonment, has issued a public notice concerning the proposed transfer of rights in Property No. A-231, Survey No. 16, situated in Lalazar Cantonment and recorded under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The property rights were held in the name of Salman Ahsan Khan, son of Iqbal Ahsan Khan. The transfer proceedings refer to a general power of attorney bearing document No. 095-2026-0000251, dated 29 July 2026, and an application submitted to the Cantonment Board for transfer of the property's leasehold and old-grant rights.

Any person or institution with an objection must submit it to the Cantonment Board office, Dera Cantonment, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections must be supported by documentary evidence, including an affidavit and a copy of the relevant property registration document.

If no objection is received within this period, further action will be taken under the applicable rules, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
