Wah Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property B-80

The Cantonment Board Wah has issued a public notice regarding the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in Property B-80, Survey No. 16, Lalazar, Wah Cantonment, under Rule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The leasehold rights were recorded in the name of Anwar ul Hassan Qureshi, who died on 1 October 1976. His wife died on 2 June 1997, and his son Naeem ul Hassan died on 7 November 2018.

Following civil court Order No. 815/2022 dated 6 December 2022 concerning the legal heirs, an application has been submitted to the Cantonment Board for transfer of the leasehold rights. The parties named in the transfer proceedings include Masood Ahmed Askari, Muhammad Farooq Anwar, Abrar ul Hassan Qureshi, Ahsan Qureshi, Naeem ul Hassan, Shahida Anwar, Nasir Anwar, Farzana Anwar and Shahnaz Muhammad Anwar.

Anyone who objects to the proposed transfer must submit a written objection, together with supporting evidence, to the Cantonment Board Wah office within 15 days of publication of this notice. The transfer will be processed after this period, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
