Planning & Development Department Quetta Tender Corrigendum for Professional and Administrative Services

The Planning & Development Department, Government of Balochistan, invites eligible bidders to submit electronic bids for Management and Business Professionals and Administrative Services under tender reference TSE-2627101209852, issued vide DPRQ/PRQ No. 1982/20-10-2026. This corrigendum identifies changes to the eligibility criteria and case schedule. All remaining terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidder eligibility requirements are contained in the bidding documents. The tender fee is PKR 1,500.

Bids must be accompanied by 2% bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call from a scheduled bank, in the name of the undersigned.

Only electronic bids will be accepted; physical bids are not required. Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders participating in government procurements, whether through electronic or manual submission.

The notice inviting tender and complete bidding documents can be obtained and viewed electronically at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bidders who downloaded the bidding documents before 4 November 2026 must download the amended bidding documents.

Bids must be submitted through the supplier dashboard by 11 November 2026 at 1:30 PM. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM through the EPPS system.
