PAFDA Tender Corrigendum for Video Surveillance and Pedestrian Entrance Control Systems

Punjab Agriculture Food & Drug Authority (PAFDA), Home Department, Government of the Punjab, has extended the bid submission and opening dates for procurement of a Video Surveillance System and a Pedestrian Entrance Control System under Tender Reference No. Proc.08/26-27(IPC). The original tender notice was published under IPL No. 11426 on the PPRA website, the Punjab e-Procurement System (PEPS), and in newspapers.

The closing date for submission of bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System has been extended from 6 November 2026 to 16 November 2026 at 11:00 AM.

Bids will be opened electronically on 16 November 2026 at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the PAFDA building at Thokar Niaz Baig, Main Multan Road, Lahore, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives holding valid authority letters.

All other terms and conditions of the tender notice and bidding documents remain unchanged.
