Sir Ganga Ram Hospital Lahore Equipment and Instrument Store Framework Tender 2024–27

Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore invites electronic bids from reputable bidders under the applicable laws and Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014 for the following procurement.

The designated venue is the Conference Room, first floor, MCH Block, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, Lahore. Complete bids must be submitted online through the e-procurement system at https://e-punjab.gov.pk/auth/login.

Procurement will be conducted through the Punjab PPRA e-procurement system under the rules amended from time to time. Interested applicants must register on the e-procurement system at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website to participate. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions will be available to registered bidders through the e-procurement system.

An acknowledgement slip or other evidence of the 2% bid security deposited in a bank must accompany the technical bid. The tender title must be clearly mentioned on the first page when uploading bids.

The current PPRA rules and amendments will be strictly enforced. Bids that violate the rules or general guidelines in the bidding documents will be rejected under the prevailing rules.

Under PPRA Rule 36-A, each bidder may submit only one bid. If a bidder submits more than one bid, the procuring agency will reject all such bids. All alternate bids will therefore be rejected.

A single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure will be adopted in accordance with PPRA requirements. Electronic bids must be submitted through the E-Procurement System (EPADS) by the closing date and time. Every page must be signed and stamped by the firm.

Submission of fake or forged documents will result in disqualification or blacklisting under PPRA rules. Electronic bids must include a proper index and checklist; otherwise, the procuring agency reserves the right to reject them.

All taxes will apply under Government of Punjab rules. The PPRA tender website is http://punjab.ppra.org.pk/ActiveTenders.aspx. The response period will be calculated exclusively from the date of publication on the PPRA website.
