District Health Officer Kalat Tender for Medicines and Related Items

The District Health Officer Kalat invites eligible bidders to supply medicines and related items under tender reference TSE-2627111220461. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules, 2014, using the single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility: Bidders must have completed three assignments of similar nature and complexity valued at PKR 1,000,000 during the previous three years and have turnover of at least PKR 2,000,000 over the preceding three years. They must appear on the Active Taxpayer List, hold a sales tax certificate, and submit a copy of their drug licence. The bidding firm must not be currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Joint ventures are not permitted.

Registration with the Electronic Public Procurement System of BPPRA, Government of Balochistan, is mandatory for all bidders, whether submitting bids electronically or manually. Bidders must submit the required bidding document fee and bid security.

Bid security: Each bid must include a deposit at call for PKR 45,000 issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the District Health Officer Kalat. A firm whose required bid security is not found during financial evaluation will be declared ineligible and non-responsive.

Tender documents: Bidding documents are available from the office of the District Health Officer Kalat for PKR 500, from publication of the notice until November 20, 2026, during office hours on working days.

Submission deadline: Tenders must reach the office of the District Health Officer Kalat by November 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened at the same office on the same day at 11:30 AM.
