Wah Cantonment Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property D-895

The Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, has issued a public notice concerning the transfer of leasehold rights in property No. D-895, Survey No. 16. The property rights are recorded under Schedule IX-A of the 1937 cantonment land rules in the name of Mian Abdul Aziz, deceased.

Mian Abdul Aziz died on 29 July 2000, and his wife died on 26 November 2001. Their two daughters died on 9 April 1985 and 22 September 2019, respectively.

Succession certificate No. 1510/2020, dated 8 December 2020, issued by the Civil Judge First Class, Taxila, identifies Zafar Aziz, son of the late Mian Abdul Aziz, as the legal heir entitled to the property's leasehold rights. An application has been submitted to the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, to transfer these rights to his name.

Any person or organisation with an objection to the proposed transfer must submit it within 15 days of publication of this notice to the Chief Executive Officer or the Cantonment Board office, Wah Cantonment. The matter will then be processed under the applicable rules. Objections submitted after this period will not be entertained.
