Wah Cantonment Board Public Notice for Leasehold Transfer of Property B-626

The Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, invites objections to the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in property No. B-626, Survey No. 16, recorded under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

The recorded leaseholders are Umm Kulsoom, Abdul Rauf, Abdul Hannan, Qudsia Shaheen, Hanifa Ata, Qudsia Khatoon, Zainab Ata, Maryam Ata and Kubra Ata.

Umm Kulsoom resides at House No. D-388/9, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantonment. She has applied to the Cantonment Board for transfer of her leasehold rights through a Sharia-compliant gift deed to Hanifa Ata, daughter of Ata Muhammad and wife of Muhammad Mateen Baqi, who is a joint leaseholder.

Any person or institution having an objection must submit it in writing, together with supporting evidence, to the Cantonment Board office in Wah Cantonment within 15 days of publication of this notice. After this period, action will be taken according to the applicable rules, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
