Wah Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property B-80, Lala Rukh

The Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, invites objections to the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in Property No. B-80, Survey No. 16, Lala Rukh, Wah Cantonment, to the legal heirs.

The property is recorded in the name of Anwar Ahsan Qureshi, son of Naseemuddin, under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937. Anwar Ahsan Qureshi died on 1 October 1976, his wife died on 2 June 1997, and their son Nadeem Ahsan died on 7 November 2018.

The legal heirs have applied to the Cantonment Board for transfer of the property's leasehold rights into their names. Their entitlement is supported by court decree No. 815/2022 dated 6 December 2022, declaring the relevant individuals to be legal heirs.

Any person with an objection to the proposed transfer must submit the objection, together with supporting documentary evidence, to the Cantonment Board office within 15 days of publication of this notice. After this period, the transfer proceedings will be completed, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
