Punjab Livestock Department Tender for Mobile Veterinary Dispensary Equipment

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the e-Procurement System for the procurement and supply of equipment under the ADP scheme “CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries” (ADP No. 2590) for 2026–27. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 82.08 million.

The procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bidders may quote for one, multiple, or all items specified in Section III. Contracts will be awarded item-wise on the basis of the lowest evaluated responsive bid for each item.

Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price must be deposited in the Bank of Punjab in favour of the Director General (Ext.), L&DD, Punjab, against a PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the e-Procurement System. A scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal.

Electronic bids must be uploaded and submitted through the e-Procurement System by 11 November 2026 at 2:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM through the system in the presence of representatives of the firms. Late bids and physically submitted bids will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarification must upload their queries through the online portal.
