Punjab Livestock Department Veterinary Equipment Tender 2026–27

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department (L&DD), Punjab invites electronic bids from eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System for the procurement of veterinary equipment under the ADP schemes “CM Punjab: Rehabilitation of One Veterinary Hospital in Each Tehsil to Model Veterinary Hospital” and “CM Punjab: Provision of Mobile Veterinary Dispensaries (MVDs)” for 2026–27.

The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 28.572 million. Procurement will follow the single-stage, two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended from time to time.

The complete bidding documents, including terms and conditions, detailed specifications, and technical and financial proposal requirements, are available free of charge at https://www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk and https://www.ep.punjab.gov.pk.

Bidders must deposit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated price of the complete package in the Bank of Punjab against a Payment Slip ID (PSID) generated through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A copy of the Bank of Punjab deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal.

Submission deadline: Electronic bids must be uploaded to the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11 November 2026 at 10:00 AM. Technical electronic bids will be opened on the same day, 11 November 2026, at 10:30 PM through the system in the presence of representatives of participating firms. Late bids and physically submitted bids will not be entertained.

Bidders seeking clarification must upload their queries through the online portal. The tender portal is http://ep.punjab.gov.pk/ViewTender.aspx. The tender was uploaded to the PPRA website on 19 October 2026.
