Wah Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property A-231

The Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment, invites objections to the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in property A-231, Survey No. 16, recorded under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937.

Salman Ahmad Khan divorced his former wife, Naheed, under the referenced document. Naheed has applied to Cantonment Board Wah Cantonment to transfer the leasehold rights in the property to her husband, Muhammad Nadir Sial, through an oral gift under Islamic law. The Board intends to transfer the leasehold rights into his name.

Any person or organisation with an objection must submit it, together with supporting evidence, within 15 days of publication of this notice. Objections may be submitted by registered post or in person to the Office of Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment.

If no objection is received within this period, proceedings will be completed under the applicable rules. Subsequent objections or appeals will not be accepted.
