Wah Cantonment Board Notice for Transfer of Leasehold Rights in Property B-10

The Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, invites objections to the proposed transfer of leasehold rights in Property B-10, Survey No. 16. Under Schedule IX-A of the Cantonment Land Administration Rules, 1937, these rights stand in the name of Arifa Yasmeen, widow of Afzal Hussain.

Arifa Yasmeen died on 29 April 2026, and her husband, Afzal Hussain, died on 2 June 2019. Succession certificate No. 998/26, dated 23 July 2026, issued by the court of Bilal Imran, Civil Judge First Class, Taxila, identifies the following legal heirs, who have applied to the Cantonment Board for transfer of the leasehold rights:

Any person or institution with an objection must submit it to the Office of the Cantonment Board, Wah Cantonment, within 15 days of publication, either by registered post or in person. Otherwise, the transfer proceedings will be completed, and subsequent objections will not be accepted.
